What does research use only mean?
It means the material is supplied for laboratory and research purposes only. PepLine products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical products, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease. Purchasers are responsible for lawful handling and for compliance with the requirements of their institution and jurisdiction.
Where can product documentation be located?
Available documents are published in the COA Library and are also linked from the documentation section of each product record. You can search by product, catalog number, lot identifier or document type.
How can a document be searched by lot number?
Open the COA Library, enter the lot identifier printed on the container label into the lot field, and submit the search. If the lot is not found, confirm the identifier against the label and check whether a document set has been published for that lot.
Are institutional or wholesale accounts available?
Institutional and wholesale account applications can be submitted from the Wholesale page. Applications are reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not create an account, and no pricing or terms are confirmed until a review is complete.
How can support be contacted?
Use the Contact page to reach the PepLine research support team. Include your order reference, catalog number and lot identifier where relevant so enquiries can be matched to the correct record.
What payment and shipping options are available?
